QUILL & INK – Instructors TBA – Start Date: TBA – FREE 10-Minute Playwright’s Workshop for Teens – 13-18 years. This mentor/mentee program will begin when a minimum of 6 participants and mentors are enrolled. The twelve week program will meet once a week, with breakout sessions between mentors/mentees.
Participants are paired with a mentor who acts as a guide in the creation of a ten-minute play which they also cast, direct and produce. The workshop culminates in a staged performance at ARTSpace Black Box Theater, open to the public, friends and family – COVID-19 guidelines permitting. If restrictions are still in place, performance will be live streamed via ZOOM.

ARTS Summer Musical Theatre Workshop for Kids
Musical theatre training and play production program for kids 8-16. This four-week intensive workshop focuses on teaching all aspects of musical theatre, and culminates in live performance on stage at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center and ARTSpace Black Box Theater.
